I have been in the mental health field for over 20 years. I like helping people regain their confidence and to help them achieve their personal and professional goals in life. I have experience with working with individuals, families, couples, teenagers and children from all walks of life. As a counselor, I bring a wealth of experience from my field in working with people, which includes the skills to help people through some of the most difficult challenges they have faced in their lives. I am licensed in four states as an Marriage Family Therapist, California, Virginia, Colorado and New Mexico. I am PIH medical group provider in Whittier California Personally, I enjoy traveling, learning about new cultures, being outdoors, swimming, yoga, reading and spending time with my family and friends. .
